Remember: It's your company that is managing your users.

The Streamliner support team does not have access to your list of users. User information may include personal details such as avatars, roles or Linkedin profiles. That's one of the reasons why we don't handle user management. Of course, it's also much more convenient for you to have full control over your user management, allowing you to do it at your own pace. That's why we've provided all this functionality for free.

In your company screen, click on 'Users'.

Why should you create more than one user? 

Streamliner offers you the possibility, even with a free account, to create as many users as you wish. This has several advantages:

• Involve your team, make them responsible for the tasks their performing. Streamliner offers all functionality to trace the actions. 
• Make it personal. Because Streamliner supports all communication around an order, package or shipment, you can increase the experience by using an avatar and the personal names of every user
• Do not be afraid of the notifications. You can use a group mail for the notifications, so that everyone is involved if needed
• Go for innovation

Use Individualized mails or Groups mails? 

We recommend using individualized email addresses for each user to enhance accountability and personalize communication within your team and with your stakeholders. Even with a personalized email, each user can configure their own notification preferences and mail all notifications to a group account. This empowers users to take responsibility for their actions and streamlines communication by consolidating all notifications within the group account, minimizing unnecessary overhead.  See: How to manage your Notifications or the Notifications of a colleague.

What about security? 

Streamliner respects, like any professional software should do, the Security By design principle. This means that each time you create a new user, this user will have the least privileges with role 'User'. This user can perform all daily tasks, but cannot create new users, accept invitations or invite new companies. See Roles on Streamliner. 

What is your minimal team? 

Every Primary Owner should have at least a backup. A minimal team are at least 2 persons, One primary Owner and one Company owner

Manage your team. 

You now have a list of all the users in your company. You can scroll through them or use the search bar to search for a specific user. You can only search by name.

Next to the search bar, you can select to view either:

• All users
• Users with pending invitations
• Invited users with an error in their email address
• Deleted users
• Disabled users

If your account rights allow it, with the 'Add' button at the top right you can add a user.

By clicking on a specific user, you can see that user's details. If you are allowed to edit that user's details, you will see an 'Edit' button right by the user's name. Click to edit the user's details.

By using the 'Edit' button, you can Disable or Delete a user, if your user role allows it.
