The user section of our platform will give you the possibility to invite, manage and connect new users. Inviting new users is essential in creating and optimizing your own company account. A user with the security role ‘User’ can not invite a new user. The four other roles are allowed to invite new users, each time with a role lower then their own role.
Please be sure to have at least one backup as company owner in your company in case the primary owner is not available.
There are two ways to invite new users to your company: either manually and one-by-one (option 1) or in bulk via a CSV file (option 2).
Option 1: Manually
Go to the 'Users' tab.
You can add users manually by clicking on the 'Add' button on the right-hand side and selecting 'User' from the drop-down menu.
Now, you can fill out the requested information such as their Name, Email, Role, Contact Details as well as indicate the *root company* under 'Belongs To'. When finished, click 'Invite' in the top right corner to continue or the exit button 'X' in the top left corner to abort the invite.
By default, every new user will have the role 'user' with the least privileges.
The email is used as login and is case sensitive.
Option 2: Via CSV file
Another way to invite new users, is to upload a CSV file. Again, go to the 'Users' tab.
Click on the 'Add' button on the right-hand side but this time select 'Upload' from the drop-down menu.
This will bring you to a new page on which you can upload the CSV file. On the right side of the screen, you will see detailed instructions on what needs to be present in the file and an overview of the technical requirements.
There you go! All the invited users will get a registration invitation email granting them access to the company platform.
