There are 5 types of user roles:
- 'The Primary Owner': As a Primary Owner, you are the main administrator of the company account. The person who creates the company account automatically becomes the Primary Owner. Be sure that this account is always accessible and handover to other responsible before you leave the company.
- 'The Company Owner': As a Company Owner, you are a user that can become a Primary Owner and configure Streamliner, add communities and locations.
- 'Administrator': As an Administrator, you are a user that can perform operational decisions and manage the community.
- 'User+': As an User+, you are a team lead or you have have some extra responsibilities to handle more exceptional situations like approving capacity issues or managing the resources
- 'User': As a user, you are a user with basic credentials for daily operations.
