Enable access for user who blocked himself.
What if one of the users in your company tried more then 9 times to login without a correct password.
The access of this user will be blocked by Streamliner. The user can't access Streamliner anymore and only a user of your company with a higher role can reset the access.
You can consult at any moment the number of time a user tried to login unsuccessfully.
As soon as a user tried to login more then 9 times, Streamliner blocks the access and shows a message that they have to check with their Administrator. And yes, this is you. Streamliner does NOT have access to the user accounts. We respect fully the GDPR regulation.
But it's very easy to unlock this user. Give him the remark that security on the Internet is essential and that username and passwords are there to protect everyone of us.
Reset his password just by clicking 'Send reset password notification'
This extra workload can be avoided by creating awareness by your users that security is essential and that they have to threat usernames and passwords with respect.
Thx for your understanding!
