In this article we will explain what is the difference between archive and complete MMT's.
- The Archive feature helps organize your workspace by moving inactive containers out of the default view, keeping the list focused on current, actionable items. Archived containers remain stored and can be restored at any time, preserving all historical data.
- Status "Completed" indicates that the transport is finished and requires no further action.
How the "Archived/Unarchived" Status Works
The Container Archival feature allows you to efficiently manage container lifecycle by archiving inactive containers and restoring them when needed. This helps maintain a clean, organized workspace while preserving important historical data.
Only active, unarchived containers appear in your list and you will see clean workspace with current, actionable items.

How the "Completed" Status Works
There are two ways of completing MMT's:
- An MMT can be marked as completed by manual action to complete last transport order. An MMT will be completed as soon as the container is delivered on final location. Means that last leg is completed.
Also MMT can be marked as completed (completed_at) by Wakeo event ‘Empty container returned’ and will inform us with actual_date. This event will also set ATA return (even if there is no return location there)
In the 'Completed at' column, the exact date will appear automatically when the container reaches its completed status, showing precisely when the final delivery leg was successfully finished.
- Solid black bullet (●) appears when the container is completed via a completed last leg Transport Order or via the Wakeo webhook even if last Transport Order was planned. The Transport Ordre of the last leg will be set to completed without manual intervention.
- Empty last bullet (○) appears when the container is completed via an external event (webhook) and has no packages or shipments linked, indicating external closure without internal delivery stages.
