What if you are creating a transport order but you can't click on pack.
Step 1: Go to the homepage and click on community
Step 2: Go to your community.
Step 3: Go to Purchase orders tab:
Step 4: Select an order and add to basket
Step 5: Click on 'Assign to carrier'.
there are two possible reason why you can't create a transport order.
1) you did not configure a pick up location, if this is the case you will see a screen like this. In the article onboard as a supplier paragraph 5 we show you how to solve this. See: Onboarding guide
2) Or you disabled Yard management while you where creating a location.
in the next steps I will show you how to enable yard management again.
Step 1: go to Supply chain
Step 2: select a location
step 3: click on edit
At the bottom you can enable yard management.
you don't need ERP reference, time slot, time window or opening hours for packing a transport order.
