Order Comments

Step 1: Go to the Streamliner in your Community

Enter the Community page. You will find the Streamliner under ‘Plugins’ on the right side.

Step 2: Go to the 'Orders' tab

Once you've entered the Streamliner, you will find the 'Orders' tab in the center/top of the page. 

Step 3: Select the Location 

Step 4: Order comments

Click on the Order. Scroll down in the Order details on the right. There, you will find a 'Comments' section under which you can read as well as add comments. Every comment triggers a notification to supplier, receiver and eventually carrier. The notification contain a hyperlink to guarantee a fast access to the related object in Streamliner.
