Orders Overview for supplier

Step 1: Go to the Streamliner in your Community

Enter the Community page. You will find the Streamliner under ‘Plugins’ on the right side.

Step 2: Go to the 'Purchase Orders' section

Step 3: Select the Location for which you want an Order overview

In the grey box on the top left you can select a specific Location or multiple locations. All locations that are delivery locations in the sales orders that are assigned to you are visible. Also the locations that are previously used to deliver goods, even if there’s no pending order.

This will give you an overview of all Orders for that Location(s) grouped by expected delivery date.

The ‘Open’ filter is set by default. This filter will show all orders that are not completed with a delivery date in the past and all orders for today and in the future.

The 4 main states are:

• Validated
• A carrier or internal transport department is involved to deliver the goods
• An appointment is took to deliver the goods
• Order is complete
