How to book a Shipment as supplier

Step 1: Go to the Streamliner in your Community

Enter the Community page. You will find the Streamliner under ‘Plugins’ on the right side.

Step 2: Go to the 'Orders' tab

Once you've entered the Streamliner, you will find the 'Orders' tab in the center/top of the page.

Step 3: Select the Location 

Step 4: Add Order(s) to the basket

Click on the Order. In the details pane on the right, click on 'Add to Basket'.

You can do this for multiple Orders, one after the other. Once you've added all Orders for a single Supplier and the same Zone, click on the blue 'Shipment' button in the top right.

Next, click on 'Book' if you will take care of the transport your self. Click on ‘Pack’ if you handover the transport to a carrier.

Step 5: Book a slot for your Shipment

After you click 'Book' you can book a slot for your Shipment.

• If you wish, you can add a reference for this Shipment

• If you wish, you can add additional Orders to this Shipment by clicking on the “+” icon above list of Orders

• If this is the last Shipment needed to deliver an Order, mark it in the box below the truck icon

This action will have two consequences: the order’s 2nd dot will turn green on the Order overview page (the dot below the truck icon). Moreover, the Order will be automatically marked as completed when the last Shipment linked to this Order is delivered.

• Select the truck type

You can set a default truck type on your company page in the community.

• Select the delivery type

 You can set default pallet type on your company page in the community.

If you add a pallet, select the pallet type and fill out the number of pallets.

• Select the delivery date

The date highlighted in green is the date proposed by the SBA on the basis of the foreseen delivery date of the Order(s). The dates highlighted in grey are the dates that falls within the time window of the Order(s).

The Streamliner will propose the first available time slot(s). You can confirm or select another starting time slot among the grey slots.  

To save the Shipment, click on the blue 'Book Slot' button at the top.
