You can always request support or help by using the support option in Streamliner. Any question will be registered in our Helpdesk software Zendesk and will be answered by our team by mail .
The customer success team will answer the support tickets in a chronological way during business hours.

Any mail sent to support.streamliner.cloud will be registered as a need for support. You receive an automated answer that your request was registered and one of our agents will come back to you to help.
