First off: what are the minimum requirements for running the platform?

It is very easy to access the Streamliner platform. You only need a few things:

• If WIFI is used, we recommend at least 900b/s as bandwidth for each concurrent device. The WIFI signal must of course be strong with perfect roaming capabilities if devices are transported throughout the warehouse.
• The devices used on site can vary from size 11" or bigger for tablets and 17" or bigger for desktop. The minimal resolution for desktop and tablet are 1600 x 900, but highly recommended is 1920 x 1080 or higher.
• Streamliner on a mobile phone is not recommended due to the form factor. It will work but there's no specific mobile format to have the best user experience. Only use this in case of an emergency. 

Please note: The OS itself must be supported by the supplier and adequately protected by anti-virus and malware software. It does not matter if this OS is Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, Linux or Android as long as it supported by the manufacturer.

• The Streamliner Platform runs in a browser. Almost all recent browsers (versions 2022 and later) are supported. It’s important that the browser is compliant with the HTML5 standard. This standard can always be tested, using  www.html5test.com. A minimum score is 450 or higher.
• Be sure that you work with the latest version of this browser, including all security updates.
• We at Streamliner prefer Google Chrome & microsoft Edge. Both browsers are build on the same technology.  Browsers are in  continuous evolution. The choice of today will not necessary be the choice of tomorrow.

Security Guidelines

• Actual virus and malware protection, virus definitions may not be older that 1 day
• The URL of Streamliner may not be blocked (app.Streamliner.cloud)
• Whitelist streamliner.cloud as a safe domain to receive all notifications
