Step 1: Go to the Streamliner in your Community
Enter the Community page. You will find the Streamliner under ‘Plugins’ on the right side.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Shipments’ tab
Once you've entered the Streamliner, you will find the ‘Shipments’ tab in the center/top of the page.
Step 3: Select the Location for which you want to cancel a Shipment(s)
Step 4: Cancel a Shipment
Click on the Shipment. In the details section on the right, you click on the cog-wheel icon to cancel the Shipment. This is only possible if the Shipment is not fully delivered (not all 5 registration points are entered).
A cancelled Shipment is marked with a black strikethrough circle next to the Shipment number.
You can also undo the cancellation as long as the package is not changed in the meanwhile.
