Step 1: Go to the Streamliner in your Community
Enter the Community page. You will find the Streamliner under ‘Plugins’ on the right side.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Shipments’ tab
Once you've entered the Streamliner, you will find the ‘Shipments’ tab in the center/top of the page.

Filter by Shipment number or Supplier
You can use the search box in the upper left corner to search for Shipments with a specific Shipment number or Supplier. There is no need to use wildcard symbols: every order that contains the string you typed in will show you either the Shipment number or the Supplier's name.
Filter by foreseen delivery date
Next to the search box is another box 'Select a Date', where you can search by date.
Clicking on that box will give you a lot of search options: you can use the preset options on the left or use the calendar on the right to look for a specific date or timeframe. To look for a specific timeframe, first click on the start date of the timeframe. Next, hover over the end date of the timeframe. You'll see that all the dates in between become highlighted. Now click on the end date and you have selected a timeframe.
Filter by adjusting ‘Filters’ button
The third option is the 'Filters' button. If you click on it, a box appears in which you can set your filter values.
The filters are set by default to search for ‘open’ Shipments. You can see that the filter is on when the green triangle appears on the ‘Filters’ button. This filter shows all Shipments that still need to be processed - undelivered ones and all scheduled for today.
You can use the following filters:
- Priority - normal or high
- Validated - Proposal (no decision yet), Approved, Denied
- Cancelled - cancelled or not cancelled. Cancelled Shipments are hidden by default.
- Deleted - deleted or not deleted. Deleted Shipments are hidden by default.
- Undelivered - all Shipments except the fully delivered ones (with 5 registration points).
- Open - All shipments that are no completed
- Delta - the Shipments with a registered delta between the booked packaging types and the delivered packaging types.
- Status - filtering Shipments with a specific progress/number of registration points
- Order number - filtering by Order number linked to the Shipment
- Suppliers- Shipments from a certain supplier.
- Capacity - Shipments with a specific capacity. You can choose multiple from the list.
- Gates - Shipments linked to a selected Gate(s). You can choose multiple Gates from the list.
- Zones - Shipments linked to a selected Zone(s). You can choose multiple Zones from the list.
- Issues - Shipments with issues from a specific category. You can choose multiple categories from the list.
You can reset the filter with the ‘Reset’ button at the upper right corner of the ‘Filters’ menu.
