How to manage your own Notifications
You'll automatically get email notifications every time new orders or shipments are created or if they are changed. You'll also get notified when comments are made on orders, packages or shipments.
You can manage general settings for notifications by going to the Users page and clicking on your name. You can enable/disable the sending of all Streamliner related notifications by use of the slider. You can also decide to send the notifications to another email than yours. Can be for example a groups mail like planning@yourcompany.com. This is how you keep your login personal and you share the notifications with your colleagues.
You can finetune this setting on the community member page. Go to members and select yourself. You can edit the page and set by group or by notification, if you want to receive a notification for a certain action or not.
The list of notifications is identical for all roles. But it depends on the role that your company takes in the community, receiver, supplier or carrier which notifications you can enable or disable. Notifications that are not part of your role are disabled by default and can not be enabled. Select 'Edit' and afterwards 'Save' to change these settings.
