Step 1: Go to the Streamliner in your Community
Open the Community page. You will find the Streamliner under Plugins on the right side.
Step 2: Go to the 'Transport Orders' tab
Once you've entered the Streamliner, you will find the 'Transport orders' tab in the center/top of the page.
Step 3: Select the location for which you want to search for transport orders
Step 4: Set filter values
Search Transport Orders
Use the search box in the upper left corner to search by transport order number, ERP reference, supplier name or referenced order number. Search is not case-sensitive and also finds partial matches. It starts once you type at least 3 characters and pause for about a second.
Select a date
Next to the search box is the Select a date box, where you can filter transport orders by date. Clicking on it opens a panel with three parts:
- At the top, Filter by lets you choose which date the filter uses:
- Pickup date: when the goods are picked up.
- Delivery date: when the goods are delivered.
- Bookable date: the date used for booking the transport order.
- On the left are presets for common timeframes. Click a preset and it is applied straight away.
- On the right is a calendar where you can pick a specific date or your own timeframe. Click the start date and then the end date. Both days are included in the results.
To go back to the default timeframe, click Reset in the list of presets.
Filters
Click the Filters button to open a box in which you can set your filter values. You can select one or more values in each filter. While any filter is active, the Filters button is highlighted.
Status shows transport orders by their status:
Open: transport orders that are not completed yet. This is selected by default.
- Completed: transport orders that have been completed.
- Deleted: transport orders that have been deleted.
Related shipments shows transport orders by how far their shipments are booked:
- Booked: every pickup and delivery that needs a time slot already has a booked shipment.
- Needs work: at least one pickup or delivery that needs a time slot is not booked yet. This includes orders where nothing is booked, and orders where only the pickup or only the delivery is booked.
- Unbookable: neither the pickup nor the delivery needs a booked time slot.
Principal / Supplier shows transport orders by the company that created them. The list only includes the principals and suppliers that invited your company.
Buttons in the box:
- Clear: clears the values selected in that filter.
- Reset: sets all filters back to their default values.
- Done: closes the box.
Upcoming, Overdue and All
Next to the Filters button are three quick buttons that let you switch between views with one click. Dates are counted on the date chosen in Filter by.
- Upcoming: transport orders from today onward, earliest first. This is the default view, so you can see what’s coming next as soon as you open the page.
- Overdue: transport orders dated up to yesterday, most recent first. Use it to find orders that should already have been handled and may need your attention.
- All: transport orders for every date, past and future. Use it when you need the full list.
