I was trying to reset my password, but it is not working as it states my account does not exist.
Remember that the email and password are case sensitive. This is a security rule that must be followed to minimize the risk of being hacked. Please, check your data for capital letters.
After several attempts to sign in and change my password it keeps saying it’s invalid.
What if one of the users in your company tried more then 9 times to login without a correct password.
The access of this user will be blocked by Streamliner. The user can't access Streamliner anymore and only a user of your company with a higher role can reset the access.
