The user section of our platform will give you the possibility to invite, manage, connect new users and modify your email. In this article we will explain how to modify your email. You can modify your email by going to the user tab manually.
First it is important to check which role you have. I will explain how you can check your role. You go to the user tab, on the left you click on your account and you can see your own role.
If you are not the primary owner then you can’t create your new account with the same role. First ask your administrator to do this for you with a new email. Second login with your new email and provide a new password. Afterwards your administrator can disable or delete your old account.

If you are a primary owner you can modify your email address by going to the “Users tab”.
Go to the 'Users' tab.
You can click on the 'Add' button on the right-hand side and selecting 'User' from the drop-down menu.
Now, you can fill out the requested information such as your Name, Email, Role as company owner, Contact Details as well as indicate the *root company* under 'Belongs To'. When finished, click 'Invite' in the top right corner to continue or the exit button 'X' in the top left corner to abort the invite.
You can’t choose the same role twice, you have to change company owner to primary owner.
After you fill out the form you will receive a confirmation email that looks like this.
Click on activate your account and now you can login under user with your new email address.
Now you have created a new account with a new email, now it’s time to transfer the primary role to the new account.

As the last step we have to disable the old user. We will explain how you can do this in the following steps.
Step 1: Go to the 'Users' tab
Step 2: Select user
Select the user that you want to disable by clicking on the 'Edit' tab on the right.
Step 3: Disable user
Once you're on the 'Edit User' page, scroll all the way down and click on the 'Disable this user' button.
A window will pop up asking you to confirm: click on 'Disable User' if you are sure you want to disable this user.
If you are not the primary user you can ask the primary owner to delete or disable your old account.
